What software development methodologies do you use?
We advocate agile and we use this methodology whenever we can. However we understand that this is not always the best approach for e.g. when incremental delivery is not an option, or when definitive costing is required to be done upfront using a final requirements document. For these reasons we are flexible with our approach and we will discuss the methodology for your project during the project appraisal.

What methods of communication do you use and how often can clients communicate/check progress of the project?
Once the work starts, you will be given a technical point of contact. You can communicate with your poc as often as you deem necessary. If you are using agile development methodology, you can even participate in daily scrum which is a quick 10 minute progress report and discuss any blockers. We use phone, email and skype video / audio calls for our communications. Team members can also do occassional in person client visits if that is required.

We use Mattermost, OpenProject and Skype.

Do you guarantee the cheapest quote?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that. But we can assure you that you will get the best package for your money. Software development is a complex process and final cost has many parameters factored in. Therefore we cannot guarantee to beat others quotes, however we believe that we have perfected our working model and we continue to do that. It works out cheap and best and does not result in failed projects.

We are a startup, can you build for us in exchange of share of our future profits?
We are willing to take some managed risk and if you got that next big idea, we will build it for you in exchange of a share of your future profits. You will however need to bear any operational cost to keep your software running. Check out our Startup Partnership Offering.

Can you develop a white label software for us?
For us it makes no difference. All softwares will be your intellectual property. You can use them in whatever way you like.

Where is the company based?
Our UK offices are located in Bromley and Dartford. Bromley office is just a minute walk from Bromley South train station in London (Zone 5). Dartford office is in south-east of London (Zone 6) in a lovely neighbourhood of Joydens Wood which is conveniently located just inside M25 within few minutes drive from exits J2, J3, J1a and J1b. We have another development center in Greater Noida in Northern Capital Region of India. We also have a small presence in Bengaluru which is just 20 minute drive from Electronic City.
