We organize an initial discussion, if we click, we sign a non-disclosure. You reveal your idea and we move on to a full workshop with proper brainstorming.

Appraise

We collaborate and spend some time on the market appraisal. Saving time and cost on this if the false economy.

Agree

If all goes well, we agree on the terms of our partnership. We will take the driving seat from there onwards.

Deliver

We deliver the product in time. We are always there for support and enhancements when required (remember we have our share in your business).

  • We sign a non-disclosure agreement before we start any work. This is a legally binding contract through which the parties agree not to disclose information covered by the agreement. An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties, typically to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets.

  • We first work out the estimated total cost of your project, then we work out an estimated value of your business after five years (in most cases). Then we compute the net present value by adjusting for cost and inflation. You only pay the difference in cost. In many cases, this range between 30% to 55% of the total cost.

  • No. We will decide that after a thorough market appraisal. We will also be gauging your level of commitment to the project.

  • Yes, we do have a network of individuals who are always looking for good tech investments. Once we have a working prototype, we can demo it to few investors and choose the best offer. That said, do not expect to get investments on day 1.

  • You will be in-charge! However, we will continue to provide any king of technical assistance that may be required. It's a partnership - we grow when you grow.
